Interaction Design II
Spring 2025
In the constant rush of daily life, it’s easy to slip into autopilot—checking off to-do lists while missing the quiet, meaningful moments in between. When we hyper-focus on responsibilities, we often neglect the very things that keep our minds and spirits healthy: gratitude, community, presence, and the ability to find beauty in the mundane. While we may try to capture these small joys, there’s rarely a fitting place to share them—texting a friend may feel like it needs a reply, and Instagram often distorts the moment with aesthetics, performance, and likes.
The solution: a mobile app designed as a raw, unfiltered space to document and share life’s small pleasures, whether it be an eye-catching cloud, a ripe strawberry, or a mural on the street. Using the iPhone Widget feature, the app surfaces these moments in real-time on users' home screens, gently encouraging presence without requiring full attention. It’s a way to stay connected with friends, not through long chats, but through shared glimpses of beauty. Sometimes, a photo of a caterpillar on the sidewalk is all it takes.
